Ea Hotel Crystal Palace Prague

I recently stayed at Ea Hotel Crystal Palace for a weekend getaway. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to all the important sites in the old city. The staff were polite and helpful, and they even changed our room upon request. The breakfasts were amazing, with a varied and rich menu that changed every day. Special thanks to the chef for the delicious salads. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its price, location, and excellent service.

The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There were fried and boiled eggs, sausages, different kinds of cheese, ham, yoghurt, salads. The hotel rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. They were also cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The hotel had a very good location, just a 10-minute walk to Wencels Square. It was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to reach all 3 underground lines and the tram.

The room was clean and modern, with a fully stocked mini-bar. the hotel was in a great location, with a short walk down the hill into the city center. We also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of mini markets nearby, making it easy to find affordable drinks and snacks.

The breakfast experience was disappointing, with long queues and limited seating. It would have been better if they had made arrangements for large groups to ensure there was enough space for all guests.

In terms of improvements, the price for the underground parking could be a bit lower. However, this minor inconvenience does not take away from the overall positive experience at this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverfront and a few minutes from "The Square" and Venceslav's square. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with good water pressure. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a variety of options.
